1 more IS 4!!!

Well, this has been a pretty fantastic few weeks! Ryan's football team played in the state championship game at Cowboy's Stadium in Arlington on Saturday. We went up on Friday and stayed the night in downtown Ft. Worth. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas so we went on a carriage ride thru downtown. Addi kept saying "oohh pretty"... Then we got up Saturday morning and headed to the game. The stadium is incredible! It was so much fun to see our boys play on that field and to watch the replays on the jumbotron. It was a life changing experience for the players and the coaches. To top it all off, the Cavaliers played lights out football! Thankfully for my nerves, it wasn't a close game! After a year full of injuries it was really amazing to win another state championship. I am so proud of my coach and his TWO state championship wins! Ryan even made the FRONT page of the Austin-American Statesman... he is such a celebrity!! He works so hard, loves his job, and now he has been rewarded! It's an honor to him, he realizes so many coaches work their whole lives and never win a championship. Who knows, maybe next year we will be going for #5! We are so proud to be Cavaliers! It's going to be nice to have Ryan around the house a little bit more, at least until baseball season starts!!!!

We are celebrating with our families this week, but pictures from the big game and CHRISTmas will be posted soon! So excited about CHRISTmas this year... God has blessed us so much this year and Addison is big enough this year to really enjoy opening presents. I think we went a little overboard with gifts, but she is so much fun to buy for! Either way we are looking forward to a wonderful Christmas with family and friends! Merry Christmas yall!
