After the game we all went on the field to congratulate the team. The girls had a great time playing chase on the field. Another little boy thought it looked like fun and joined in! They were so funny running, falling in the grass, and giggling.
The mob of red and black after the game. When we win on Saturday we will make history by winning 4 consecutive state championships!
Wow, we have been so busy lately. It seems like every night there is something we have to go to or do. Like always, football has been consuming most of Ryan's time...but as my friend Amber says, "I don't care how much he works...I wanna win STATE!!!"
These photos are from the state semi-final game in College Station on Kyle Field. Addi and I drove up early with some friends (some of which are her "boyfriends") and went out to lunch before the game. As soon as we got the field and she saw the football players she started asking for her dada. Smart little cookie already associates her dada with football! This game wasn't a nail bitter like last week, thank goodness. However, our little Addi must be a future Aggie, cause she was kissing Kyler and Jason (her "boyfriends") in the stands during the game. When i say kissing, I mean open mouth on the lips!!! Now, honestly I don't know what will bother Ryan more, the fact that Addi is a future Aggie or the kissing! Anyway, a good time was had by all our family and friends at the game. Our good friends Travis and Candice were at the game... love getting to see them, wish Ft. Worth wasn't so far from Lakeway.
Now, Ryan is working away trying to get prepared for the state championship game in Dallas (@ Cowboy's Stadium) on Saturday. We are looking forward to getting another championship! I am excited about going to Cowboy's Stadium. Ryan has been to a game there, but I am not a fan of the Cowgirls...so I doubt I will ever go there again...unless of course we play for state there again next year! So excited for all the players and coaches who have worked hard all year long to get this far.
I better get off the computer, my friend Marla and her kids are coming over tomorrow to decorate cookies for the football players. I have lots of baking to do before I have 5 busy little children geting icing and sprinkles all over my house. Can't wait, they will have so much fun, and the boys will love them!
GO CAVS! 1 MORE MAKES 4!
